These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, services, products, appointments, and offers provided by Hi Beauty.

Hereinafter referred to as: "Hi Beauty".
Article 2 — Applicability
- These terms and conditions apply to all treatments, services, products, appointments, offers, and agreements provided by Hi Beauty.
- By making an appointment, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.
- Any deviations from these terms and conditions are valid only if agreed upon in writing.
Article 3 — Agreements and Reservations
- An appointment is confirmed once it has been confirmed by Hi Beauty.
- Hi Beauty reserves the right to reschedule or cancel appointments in the event of force majeure, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The customer must arrive on time for the appointment.
- If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, Hi Beauty reserves the right to:
- to shorten the treatment;
- to cancel the appointment;
- or to charge for the entire treatment.
- If a treatment cannot take place due to the customer’s actions, the cost of the reserved time remains due.
Section 4 — Cancellation and No-Show
- Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, Hi Beauty reserves the right to charge 50% of the treatment fee.
- In the event of a no-show (failure to show up without canceling), you may be charged 100% of the treatment fee.
- Any deposits will not be refunded in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.
- Hi Beauty reserves the right to refuse future appointments in the event of repeated no-shows or late cancellations.
Article 5 — Prices and Payment
- All prices listed include VAT, unless otherwise indicated.
- Payment must be made immediately following the treatment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Hi Beauty reserves the right to change prices at any time.
- Offers and promotions are valid for a limited time and are subject to change or cancellation without notice.
- Products remain the property of Hi Beauty until full payment has been received.
Article 6 — Health and Duty to Provide Information
- The customer is required to provide all relevant information prior to the treatment regarding:
- allergies;
- medication use;
- pregnancy;
- skin problems;
- medical conditions;
- or other circumstances that may affect the treatment.
- Hi Beauty is not liable for any damage or complications arising from the customer providing incorrect or incomplete information.
- Hi Beauty reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed medically, hygienically, or professionally inadvisable.
Article 7 — Provision of Treatment
- Hi Beauty performs treatments to the best of its knowledge and ability.
- Treatment results may vary from person to person.
- Hi Beauty does not guarantee specific results.
- The customer must carefully follow all aftercare instructions.
- The customer is responsible for any negative consequences resulting from failure to follow instructions.
Article 8 — Liability
- Hi Beauty is liable only for direct damages that can be proven to result from willful misconduct or gross negligence.
- Any liability is limited to the cost of the treatment in question.
- Hi Beauty is not liable for:
- allergic reactions;
- skin reactions;
- disappointing results;
- damage to or loss of personal property;
- or damage caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
- Treatments are performed at the customer’s own risk.
Article 9 — Hygiene and Conduct
- Hi Beauty operates in accordance with current hygiene standards.
- Customers are expected to treat employees and other customers with respect.
- Hi Beauty reserves the right to refuse service to customers in the following cases:
- aggressive behavior;
- harassment;
- inappropriate language;
- poor hygiene;
- or other disruptive behavior.
Article 10 — Gift Cards and Promotions
- Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Gift cards must be used within the specified validity period.
- Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.
- Discount offers cannot be combined, unless otherwise stated.
Article 11 — Personal Data and Privacy
- Hi Beauty processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
- Personal data will be used exclusively for:
- administration;
- communication;
- appointments;
- and for treatment purposes.
- Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Article 12 — Photos and Social Media
- Photos of treatments are used exclusively for promotional purposes only after obtaining the client's prior consent.
- The customer may revoke consent to the use of visual material at any time.
Article 13 — Complaints
- Complaints regarding treatments or products must be submitted in writing within 7 days of the treatment.
- Hi Beauty will handle complaints carefully and strive to find an appropriate solution.
- Filing a complaint does not relieve the customer of their payment obligations.
Article 14 — Force Majeure
- Hi Beauty is not liable if appointments or treatments cannot take place due to force majeure.
- Force majeure includes, among other things:
- illness;
- power outages;
- technical glitches;
- government measures;
- pandemics;
- or other unforeseen circumstances.
Article 15 — Governing Law
- All agreements and services provided by Hi Beauty are governed by Dutch law.
- Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
